THE VALUES OF THE PEOPLE OF EXTREME INFLATABLES.

We hold the following values and hold any decision against them for validity.  In the marketplace, we
strive to uphold these values with all of the time and energy we devote to enterprise.  We seek them in
those we work with and in those who work with us.

FAIRNESS:  Praying that others treat us fairly, we believe all actions should be fair to all parties: to our
clients (never to take advantage of any situation), to our fellow employees (both above and below us in
authority), to our vendors (never to demand more than agreed), and to our fellow competitors (only fair
actions can allow us to compete with a clear conscience).

INTEGRITY: We do everything that we say we will do, as far as it is within our power, and as such, we
do not make promises if we do not believe they can be kept.  If it becomes clear that due to
circumstances outside of our control, we cannot keep our word even after exhausting all options, we
inform all parties involved and then go out of our way to do the next very best thing.

SERVANT MINDED:  We will take the attitude of a servant when dealing with all others (our clients,
fellow workers, vendors, competitors), seeking to serve rather than be served, believing that we can
get anything in life we want if we will help enough other people get what they want.  We will not allow
this to be misinterpreted to mean that we will not stand up to anything or anyone that is not treating us
fairly.

EXCELLENCE:  We will strive for excellence in all things, never allowing the thought that something is
“good enough” to allow us to settle.  As far as time and energy devoted to enterprise allows, we will do
our work until it reflects excellence.  We have no desire to be mediocre in any aspect of our lives or
work.

CANEI (Constant And Never Ending Improvement): We will not allow ourselves to be complacent with
our work or position.  We will grow as much as we possibly can, never resting on past achievement.
At the moment that we feel we have arrived, we are being left behind.

GOD-HONORING: While all of the above can honor God, we do not believe they have to honor God.
We believe in God and in His son, Jesus who is the Christ, that died for the salvation of all that accept
His love.  We recognize that there are greater things than our work, but that all things do matter,
including our work.  Believing that what we do in life does echo in eternity, we seek to live our lives in
such a way as to honor God with all things.  With God all things are possible, but without Him, nothing
is worthwhile.
